The park consists of two major zones: a core industry-university-research zone and a residential zone, divided by a tree-lined boulevard. Multi-story buildings adopting a courtyard layout, including libraries, faculty buildings, teaching buildings, and industry-education integration buildings, are arranged around the central park. They form a cohesive, well-proportioned, and organically connected core industry-university-research zone encircling green spaces. The residential zone, located in the northern part of the park, comprises a comprehensive gymnasium, student dormitories, faculty apartments, and talent apartments.
