Project Overview: Renovation Project for Inpatient Wards and Operating Rooms of the Third Hospital of Haishu District, Ningbo

Scope of Work: Return-air type and ducted micro-electrostatic air purification equipment

The total renovation area of the project is approximately 4,426.10 square meters. It mainly covers the renovation and upgrading of the existing outpatient building and inpatient building of the hospital. Works include cancelling the delivery room on the 3rd floor of the outpatient building, adding one Class 100 operating room and one Class 1000 operating room; adjusting the functional layout and carrying out interior renovation for the 3rd–6th floors of the inpatient building.

The project also involves reconfiguration of medical gas systems, energy consumption metering systems and other facilities, as well as renovation of supporting utilities including water supply & drainage, electrical, fire protection, intelligent system and HVAC systems.
